Energy Healing Session

Service Description

This is an immersive energy healing session where I will be working on your physical and energetic bodies. All the appointments are unique. In these sessions, I often receive downloads/messages that I will be sharing with you at the end of our time together if desired. Who is this session for: If you feel tired and weary without any particular reason, it might be a good time to work with your energetic body. Energy healing can help to elevate the feeling of being "stuck" and sluggish, as well as help with physical ailments and pain/discomfort. The session will start with a foot bath and a brief discussion about your needs and wants before we start the treatment. I will be working with my hands on or just above the body, using flower essences when needed. Aftercare: In deeper sessions, the shifts can be noticed for days. I advice to plan minimum activities on the day and have an early night.
